By booking services with 9 Hills Spa, Vesu, Surat, you agree to the booking and payment terms presented at the time of reservation. Cancellation and refund policies apply as per our stated guidelines, and services are provided subject to availability and any health-related limitations.

Booking & Payment

Appointments may be booked by phone, WhatsApp or in person and are subject to availability. Payment is due as per the selected service at the time of your visit, unless agreed otherwise in advance. Prices and any promotional discount, including the FLAT 20% OFF offer, are confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we can offer your slot to another guest. Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

Service Limitations

Our spa services are offered for relaxation and wellness purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where there is a health concern, where a guest is under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or where behaviour is inappropriate.

Health & Safety

Please tell your therapist about any medical condition, injury, allergy or pregnancy before your session begins so that the therapy can be adapted or, where necessary, declined for your safety.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff and other guests at all times. Any misconduct will result in immediate termination of the service without refund, and we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

Offers & Promotions

Promotional offers advertised on this website, including the FLAT 20% OFF discount, apply to services at our Vesu, Surat location, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Liability

Except as required under applicable law, we are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of our services or premises, or for personal belongings brought to the spa.
